What this site is
MarketYard is a pre-launch product. This website describes a marketplace we are building and collects interest from prospective sellers and buyers. The lots, negotiations, and settlement flows shown are illustrative examples, clearly labeled as such — they are not live listings, and no transactions can be made through this site today.
No offers, no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell goods, a price quote, or commercial advice. Market figures cited (such as industry-wide return volumes) come from public industry estimates. Any clearing-price comps we share with founding sellers are informational estimates, not guarantees of sale prices.
Founding-seller terms
The founding-seller offer (0% commission, free category comps) applies to the initial onboarding group and will be defined precisely in a seller agreement before any listing goes live. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation for you or for us.
